I find my self saying the over used phrase 'the grass is always greener...' more often these days. For a number of reasons one being that it's true. Starting W & G has taught me a lot about my self; I feel like it has shown me my insecurities, weaknesses and at times where I am strongest. There are some days where the best solution seems to be just to give up and find a way out of what I've created. That 9 to 5 life always seems so appealing when bills are due and I've been working every day for the last three weeks. Exhaustion always gets the best of me and it's when I start thinking crazy and everything seems like a heavier load than it really is. The truth is the grass is greener when your looking at someone else's life or even attempting to move forward or change your own. If we didn't see the green grass you would never be challenged to pursue the life we are intended for. The struggle comes with realizing that even your dream life isn't a tropical paradise everyday. It's deciding to celebrate the good and bad of what you are pursuing or trying to achieve. So wether it's world domination or simply being the roommate who takes the trash out every week. Being intentional with life and remembering why I chose my version of the greener grass seems to be where the most growth is these days.
